A school… different ways to study, but… something for everyone!
At ALFA education we can offer different types of schooling, it is everything from vacation school for the short period, full-time school for students who are in Thailand a little longer and we can also offer guidance for students who are studying towards distance education, such as Sofia Distance. We can also offer preschool and preschool class for the younger children. The school follows the Swedish curriculum Lgr22.
Vacation School:
We offer childcare for children of preschool age and school for preschool class and primary school (ages 1-9). Students bring their subject planning and textbooks from their home schools… and our teachers offer guidance and support, as well as documenting student time at school. Our experience is that students who study in foreign schools are often very good at their studies upon their return home.
Full-time School:
Children from preschool and preschool class up to year 6 who stay at least one semester are offered a place in our full-time school. By enrolling in the full-time school, we provide educational materials, educational planning over the school time and an IUP, individual development plan on knowledge goals and abilities to be achieved during school time.
Grades 6-9 (distance education)
Full-time schools for students in grades 6-9 have the opportunity to study towards Sofia Distance Education with which we collaborate. Our teachers act as supervisors and help with the documentation and submission to Sofia Distance.
Students enrolled in Sofia Distance also have a discounted term fee on ALFA education.
Preschool “Puzzle”
